TPG Easy Pack Conditions Apply. By accessing this site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these package conditions:

  1. Customers are billed monthly for the previous months usage. The billing month begins on the date of first usage. Usage is calculated in one minute increments.

  2. A once off $30 Administration Fee applies to new subscribers and to subscribers renewing from a Trial Pack. No Administration Fee applies to Subscribers renewing from other TPG Packs. The Administration Fee is non-refundable.

  3. Payment is by Credit Card only.

  4. Easy Pack is available in Sydney, Penrith, Kiama, Wollongong, Lake Macquarie, Most Newcastle Areas, Gosford, Melbourne, Brisbane, Southport, Gold Coast, Canberra, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Launceston and Darwin @ $1 per hour. All other TPG Locations @ $1.50 per hour. A minimum access charge of $0.10 per session applies.

  5. This package may not be combined with any other TPG package or offer.

  6. The TPG Subscriber is required to inform TPG if their credit card is due to expire 2 weeks prior to the expiry date and is required to provide TPG with details of a new credit card.

  7. Each TPG Subscriber may login for Internet Access as often as they wish whilst their subscription is current. Use of the same Username to login from more than one computer is permitted, however, all usage from multiple logins will be charged and is the responsibility of the registered TPG Subscriber.

  8. No Download limits apply.

  9. TPG will not reimburse Subscribers for any technical support or phone charges incurred while establishing connectivity with TPG.

  10. Telephone connection charges are the responsibility of the Subscriber. To ensure the TPG Access Number is a local call please call Telstra on 12552.

  11. This offer may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

  12. Access may be delivered via TPG Proxy Servers. During peak periods modems may not always be available.

  13. Running servers or providing any public information services from a computer connected via this package is prohibited.

  14. Subscribers should note that these Package Conditions may be revised at any time by way of update on the TPG web site. Subscribers are bound by any revisions as at the date they are displayed and should regularly examine the current Package Conditions displayed on the TPG web site.

  15. TPG Subscribers are bound by the Terms and Conditions found on the TPG web site. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between these package conditions and the TPG standard terms and conditions found on the TPG web site, these package conditions will prevail.
